Easy to put on in 4 steps!
1) Connect to power: Connect the included cable to a power source such as a mobile battery (sold separately) or AC adapter (sold separately).
2) Connect to the main unit: Connect the other end of the cable to the main unit.
3) Turn on the power: Press and hold the power switch to turn on the power. Once the power is on, short press to select your preferred mode.
4) Adjust the size: Adjust the size of the main unit by sliding both sides to fit the size of your neck, and then put it around your neck.
